To get into one of these units the Government can not Discriminate it is based on Economic Need only this programme also applies to the General Public, not just Seniors. They don't, for example, need a reference from your previous landlord. If you have any questions as policies do change to confirm any thing I would contact NB Housing directly.
What if I have a serious problem with one of my neighbors or another tenant ?
It is our understanding. Let say if you have a problem with your neighbor lets say they are loud and doing Gods know what and not a senior
for example ??? You want to complain to NB Housing the dept that is responsible for this programme, though make sure it something really worth complaining about. If an individual usually has a couple of complaints they will usually be evicted.

The Doctor will do what then can to help make arrangement to get you into a shelter in Moncton, NB.
This would be based on the Doctors assessment.
This is based on previous experience by others who been in the same situation.
This is usually the way they handle emergency cases like this.
